Flex Plus Partner Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility & Onboarding
- DC Usage
Flex Plus users can redeem DC as partial payment at your business according to the agreed rate. - Transaction Handling
Merchant agrees to verify each transaction and may use Flex Plus tools for validation/reporting. - Settlement & Reporting
- Marketing & Promotions
Merchant agrees to be featured in Flex Plus campaigns (online & offline) for user visibility. - Conduct & Compliance
- Termination Clause
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Any outstanding balances will be settled upon termination. - Limitation of Liability
Merchant must operate a legitimate, registered business. Required documents (e.g., business registration, contact info) must be provided during onboarding.
All settlements will be completed within T+2 working days, and transaction statements will be provided accordingly.
Merchant must honor the agreed discount and treat DC users fairly. Misuse or manipulation of the DC system will lead to immediate delisting.
Flex Plus is not responsible for product/service quality or operational issues within the merchant’s business. Flex Plus is not liable for losses arising from system errors or unauthorized use unless due to negligence.
- Right to Amend Terms
Flex Plus reserves the right to amend, update, or modify the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time. Merchants will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
